Appointment Policy:

To ensure that clients are serious about their appointments, deposits are required at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Deposits will be credited toward the total cost of service. Deposits are transferable in the event of a reschedule with a 72-hour notice. No-shows or last minute cancellations will result in complete forfeiture of deposit. Please note that appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

Payment Policy:

All forms of payment are accepted, but would greatly prefer cash or direct transfer. Please be advised that there is an additional fee of 3% of the total cost of the service when using credit cards.

Returns & Exchanges:

There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise. All services are non-refundable.
